Our Services allow you to interact with Job Seekers, Jobs, and Employers (as applicable), allowing you to search for, browse, and communicate with Job Seekers, Jobs, and Employers (as applicable). However, we used our algorithm for automated matching, and it will assist you in appropriately matching with the most relevant Job Seekers, Jobs, or Employers based on the details you've provided to us as well as any conditions specified by the Job Seeker or Employer (as appropriate). This would be the basis for automated decisions. For example, we can reduce the number of positions visible to applicants on the basis of the skills and experience needed for that position. In conjunction with this automated processing, we ensure that protections are in place to protect your rights and freedoms and legitimate interests and that you have the right to appeal any automated decision taken and to seek human intervention in order to alter, where possible, the decisions taken. We can also use non-algorithmic approaches to match you with work applicants who we believe would be suitable candidates or employers who we believe have an important position for you (if applicable). This will only be suggestions and we will not initiate any work applications without your participation and/or your approval.

While you create an account using Irish IT jobs service or while browsing the website, we gather and collect the following personal data.

How we collect personal data on the Website

In order to apply for a job through the Website, you will need to register an account with Irish IT Jobs, which will involve you giving us your Identity, Contact and Profile Data. We will inform you at the time of collecting personal data from you whether you must provide the personal data to use the Website. We will inform you at the time of collection whether your personal data will be accessible to other users of the Website or by third parties, so that you can decide whether to provide it.

It is not necessary to register a user account in order to search and view job advertisements, view company profiles or access career advice articles on the Website. However, we will receive Technical Data and Usage Data when you browse the Website through google analytical tool.

How we use your information

Customers post the job if there are any vacancies in their premises on their own behalf or post the job on behalf of third parties,if it's a recruitment agency. The job posted can be read by other users of the website or any users visiting the website. You can search for registered customers, to confirm whether there are direct or indirect employees. Irish IT Jobs does not monitor any specification in jobs and is not responsible for data protection practises of customers.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • Where we need to perform the contract (e.g. the Terms of Use) we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.

Where an Employer receives personal data relating to a Job Seeker it will be responsible for how it processes personal data.

Applicable to employers

Where an Employer receives individual information relating to a Job Seeker compatible with using our Services, the Employer will be responsible for how it processes such personal information and the Employer will be a data controller in its own right and must comply with all applicable data protection legislation. Irish IT Jobs has informed Job Seekers that it will share personal data with Employers solely for the purpose of matching Job Seekers with Employers in accordance with this privacy policy

Payments

All the users during payment will be redirected to Irish IT Jobs paypal account and we do not store any payment account credentials from the paypal page. However, we will be storing the payment status from the paypal page for each transaction.
